My Company, a leader with over 1000 employees, is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences across our diverse product portfolio. You will champion user-centered design principles, translating complex requirements into elegant solutions that delight our users and drive business value for an organization of our scale. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies, to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
Translate user research findings and business requirements into compelling user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Perform usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve the user experience.
Contribute to and evolve My Company's design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across all products.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Required Qualifications/Skills

Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Experience working in a large-scale organization (1000+ employees).
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand technical constraints.
Experience with A/B testing and analytical tools to inform design decisions.
