Job Summary: As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Amazon, Google, Meta, and quick-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for driving performance through data-driven decision-making, budget management, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: • Independently set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and quick-commerce platforms. • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, ACoS, etc.) and derive actionable insights for improvement. • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience targeting strategies. • Own the preparation and presentation of performance reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders/clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Category, Brand) to align ad strategies with business goals. • Manage daily budgets, identify anomalies, and recommend proactive adjustments. • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field); Master’s preferred. • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing/performance marketing across Amazon, Google, or Meta. • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.). • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
