Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
Collaborate with senior designers to translate research insights and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Contribute to the design and iteration of user interfaces, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines and design system.
Prepare design mockups and specifications for development teams.
Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine design solutions.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless product development process.
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications/Skills
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
A foundational understanding of UI/UX principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and usability.
Familiarity with design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects (academic, personal, or professional).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS).
Experience participating in user testing sessions or analyzing user feedback.
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
