Accounts Executive - Fresher

Location: Nagpur Experience Level: Fresher with 0-1 year experience Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting to: Manager Accounts. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented fresher to join our finance team as an Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) and possess a basic understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations • Record journal entries and maintain general ledgers • Prepare and update financial reports as per guidance • Handle data entry for accounts payable/receivable • Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash handling • Support monthly closing processes • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records • Assist with internal and statutory audits • Learn and use accounting software effectively • To handle Petty Cash transactions like Cash Receipt, Advance to Driver, etc. & entering all such details in Accounts ERP Application (Oracle) Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance. etc.) • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and principles • Familiarity with MS Excel • Good numerical and analytical skills • Good communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other basic tax concepts would be preferable.
