Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Key Responsibilities: • Represent Join In Campus and promote its services to education agents, counselors, and institutional partners • Drive student recruitment efforts to meet and exceed regional targets • Negotiate partnership terms and deliver training sessions to agents and their teams • Maintain consistent communication to ensure agent engagement and performance • Guide agents to enhance the quality and volume of student applications • Address client queries with professionalism and timely resolution • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives • Conduct market research and implement effective recruitment strategies • Onboard and nurture relationships with new agents and partners • Lead and coordinate marketing events, seminars, and outreach campaigns • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in the study abroad or overseas education industry • Proven track record in student counseling, recruitment, or business development • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities • In-depth knowledge of international education systems and university application processes • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, business, or related field • Excellent presentation and organizational skills • Willingness to travel up to across regions Application Note: • Please mention your current salary details and notice period when applying.
