Job Description
Experience: 6–10 Years
Technical Skills Must Have
- Strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and Dataverse
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing custom business applications using:
- Canvas Apps
- Model-Driven Apps
- Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, integrations, and best practices
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Power Pages
- Experience with:
- SQL
- Azure Functions
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Support & Operational Skills
- Hands-on experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good incident handling and production support attitude
- Accountable for monitoring, communicating, and reporting incidents to relevant stakeholders
- Experience in support documentation and knowledge management
- Strong customer-facing and coordination skills

- Ability to work independently in a support and development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in agile teams and handling production support activities
