- Excellent communication skills mandatory
- Strong technical knowledge & troubleshooting skills required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows Operating System issues
- Provide support for Microsoft applications/products
- Diagnose and resolve technical queries
- Handle customer issues through chat/email/calls
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher support teams
- Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
